Terms of Service

Using FieldDox
FieldDox provides digital tools for business safety, compliance, inspection, reporting, inventory, and workforce workflows. You must be authorized to act for your organization, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully.
Accounts and access
Your organization is responsible for its users, assigned roles, account activity, and timely removal of access when personnel change. You must notify FieldDox promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer content
Your organization retains ownership of the records it submits to FieldDox. You grant FieldDox the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and support the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriate collection of customer content.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use FieldDox for unlawful activity.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan and billing period selected at checkout. Subscription changes, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the billing portal or with FieldDox support. Except where required by law or stated in a written agreement, fees already paid are nonrefundable.
Operational responsibility
FieldDox supports recordkeeping and workflow management; it does not replace professional safety judgment, legal advice, regulatory advice, required training, or an organization’s duty to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Customers remain responsible for their programs, inspections, corrective actions, and regulatory obligations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FieldDox available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We may improve or modify features while preserving the core value of paid service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, material breach, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Customers may cancel according to their subscription terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, FieldDox is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. FieldDox is not responsible for decisions made solely from customer-entered data or for a customer’s failure to meet legal, safety, or regulatory duties. Any additional warranties, liability limits, indemnities, or service commitments must be stated in a separate written agreement.
