What we collect
FieldDox collects account and contact information, company and team information, pilot-request details, billing identifiers, and the operational records customers enter into the service, including checklists, inspections, reports, corrective actions, inventory, and evaluations. We also collect limited usage and device information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure FieldDox, authenticate users, process subscriptions, support customers, improve product performance, communicate service information, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
FieldDox uses service providers to operate the platform, including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Stripe for subscription billing. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.
Sale and advertising
FieldDox does not sell personal information and does not use customer operational records for targeted advertising.
Customer records
Customer organizations control the records their authorized users submit. Customers are responsible for deciding what information to collect and ensuring they have authority to submit it. FieldDox personnel access customer records only as needed to provide support, maintain security, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized by the customer.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. Authorized company administrators may also manage team access within FieldDox.
